Two Belfast buildings put up for sale by JD Wetherspoon putting pub plans in doubt

A church and a Belfast city centre shop are to be put up for sale by JD Wetherspoon.

The former Methodist Church on University Road in South Belfast and the JJB on Royal Avenue have been put up for sale and have been described as 'excellent redevelopment opportunities'.

It puts plans for two new Wetherspoon pubs in doubt.
