Two air ambulances were sent to M56 motorway this afternoon after a BMW crashed and left one person injured.
The westbound carriageway has been closed since around 10.30am today after a crash involving a grey BMW. All emergency services, including air ambulance, rushed to the scene.
Police confirmed that one person is believed to have been injured, however, the extent of their injuries is not yet known. Part of the eastbound carriageway has also been closed to allow for air ambulances to land and take off from the scene.
