Sean McVay isn’t going anywhere. At least not this year.
According to multiple reports, McVay will return as the Los Angeles Rams’ head coach in 2023, which will be his seventh year with the organization. After a difficult 2022 season in which the Rams finished 5-12, McVay considered stepping down and taking some time away from the game.
He’s decided he wants to keep coaching, which has Rams fans thrilled. Here’s how Twitter reacted to the news of McVay’s return, with the overwhelming sentiment being positive – while many also acknowledge the work still ahead for Los Angeles.

Remember when McVay was selfish for leaving the Rams after his first losing season?
Oh, wait…that didn't happen. https://t.co/6aEH3BYfqA

If I'm Sean McVay, I'm doing everything necessary to bring on either Frank Reich or Kliff Kingsbury at OC and Vic Fangio at DC. Keep Zac Robinson and Thomas Brown around if you can.
Things are fun again.

Great news. If he, Stafford, Donald and Ramsey stay, I’ll bet on Rams to bounce back https://t.co/k41n1q3vIF
