The Turkish production gets straight into the action as it follows eager London Met officer Mehmet Suleyman (Ethan Kai), who is transferred to bustling Istanbul to help the charismatic titular detective Çetin Ikmen (Haluk Bilginer) solve a different crime each week – starting with the murder of a young woman. Bake Off: The Professionals

8pm, Channel 4

The uber-high-stakes version of Bake Off nears its end as it reaches the semi-final. Can they perfectly recreate a modern update on the peach melba? Or conjure up an entirely edible fairytale scene featuring 40 hidden rhubarb and custard desserts? No pressure. Alexi Duggins

Guy Martin’s Lost WW2 Bomber

9pm, Channel 4

At the bottom of Lake IJssel in the Netherlands, the Pathfinder Lancaster ED603 lays still, 80 years after she was shot down. Now, Guy Martin is part of an ambitious effort to recover both the plane and the remains of three crew members, with involvement from their living descendants and funding from the Dutch government. The Night Caller

9pm, Channel 5

This claustrophobic four-part drama is about Tony, a lonely black-cab driver in his 50s, who used to be happily married and a well-respected teacher. One night, he calls in to speak to a velvety-voiced radio presenter about his past – and soon becomes a bit obsessed. Things take a dramatic turn when the host gets into Tony’s taxi. HR

Ibiza Narcos

9pm, Sky Documentaries

The hippy days of 70s Ibiza are vividly brought to life in the opening to this series, with colourful archive footage and people bursting with anecdotes (including Bamboo “the acid tripper”). It goes on to tell the full story of the arrival of ecstasy, greed and a darker side – leading to one experienced talking head saying: “It’s a very nice place to kill somebody.” HR

We’re Here

11pm, Sky Max

The queens arrive in Oklahoma, where anti-LGBTQ+ sentiment caused by religious fundamentalism is seeping into state law. A drag show is planned, but before that is a series of encounters with people affected by queerphobia that are quite extraordinary: surprising, heartbreaking, enraging, funny and defiant. An essential hour of TV. Jack Seale
