The chef heads to the Lake District, where the first hearty dish he tucks into is mutton hotpot. The Search for Nicola Bulley
9pm, BBC One
In January 2023, a 45-year-old woman went missing while walking along Lancashire’s River Wyre, sparking a complicated police investigation and weeks of frenzied media coverage. Brassic
10pm, Sky Max
“I want to have a normal life,” bemoans Vinnie (a brilliant Joseph Gilgun). But it’s hard, when “I’ve got a gangster with half a head in a bunker full of cannabis!” This outrageous episode flashes back to wrap up last season’s cliffhanger: namely, how to clear up a mess with the help of Lola. A crocodile. Ali Catterall
