Walkers Unpacked: Inside the Crisp Factory

8pm, Channel 4
Hot honey crisps, anyone? The divisive new flavour is one of a few launched as part of Walkers’ recent rebrand. In this programme – verging on an advertorial – the cameras are invited to witness the birth of crisps from soil to shelf, and go inside the kitchen to find out how flavours like masala chicken and sticky teriyaki are invented. Death in Paradise

9pm, BBC One
The death of a sweet elderly lady at the close-knit Saint Marie church run by officer Sebastian’s mum initially presents as an unfortunate accident. But the circumstances are murky enough that bucket-hatted detective Mervin suspects foul play, sending the usually laid-back Seb into an emotional tailspin. Graeme Virtue

Under Salt Marsh

9pm, Sky Atlantic
This crime drama set in overcast Wales has a great hook: a looming weather front that will literally wash away the evidence of multiple foul deeds. What truly elevates it, though, is the raw-nerve performances from Kelly Reilly and Rafe Spall as the grimly determined leads. Can they catch a break before Storm Alec hits? GV

The Last Leg

10pm, Channel 4
Adam Hills, Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker are back for the 34th series of this Bafta-winning show, which wears its politics lightly and maintains a fine balance between current affairs analysis and goofy comedy. This week, they’re joined by Bridget Christie, Aisling Bea and Chloe Petts. Phil Harrison

The Graham Norton Show

10.40pm, BBC One
Another lively week on the sofa with Graham. Joining him this time are Benicio del Toro, who will be pondering the Oscar prospects of One Battle After Another, Jennifer Garner, who is returning to our screens in The Last Thing He Told Me, shouty chef Gordon Ramsay and reformed brat Charli xcx. Foo Fighters bring the noise. PH

Devil in Disguise: John Wayne Gacy

10.45pm, ITV1
A superb US drama based on real events continues, with serial killer Gacy (Michael Chernus) disturbing his latest interrogator. The more conscientious cops, meanwhile, are uncovering the culture of complacency and homophobia in the police that allowed Gacy to remain on the loose for so long. Jack Seale

I Know What You Did Last Summer (Jennifer Kaytin Robinson, 2025), 7.50am, 8pm, Sky Cinema Premiere
What did you do last summer? If it didn’t include catching this reboot of the slasher franchise, then you missed out on a fun fusion of 90s nostalgia (both Freddie Prinze Jr and Jennifer Love Hewitt reprise their roles) and Gen Z drip (The Studio’s Chase Sui Wonders and It Girl Gabbriette head up the new cast). It’s been 27 years since the errant youth of Southport, North Carolina were first held accountable for their feckless negligence – RIP beauty queen Sarah Michelle Gellar – and now the hook-handed fisher is back.
