Millionaire Hot Seat

7.30pm, ITV1
A not entirely necessary fast-paced spin-off of the famous quizshow. Put simply: each question needs to be answered within 15 seconds by whichever of the episode’s six contestants is in the hot seat. There are more specific rules involved that are best explained by host Jeremy Clarkson as he speeds the first game on. Hollie Richardson

He has since opened three restaurants across the country. In this new series, he takes a road trip that celebrates the cuisine, while reflecting on his personal connections. HR

Inside the Factory

What Not to Eat

8pm, Channel 4
A tricky title, considering the rise in weight-loss jabs and the cultural return of praising thinness. But in this four-parter, Prof Tim Spector and GP Dr Kandi Ejiofor focus on making healthier changes to the convenient ultra-processed foods that are thought to be contributing to obesity – starting with an instant-noodle addiction. Waterloo Road

9pm, BBC One

Back for a “new term, new era” at the Manchester comprehensive that makes Grange Hill look like a Swiss finishing school. Jon Richardson returns as Darius Donovan, one of three new deputy heads, whose branding slogan “Waterloo Road is listening” has gone down like a lead balloon – and whose ruse to welcome excluded pupils back is causing chaos. Ali Catterall

Catching a Killer

9pm, Channel 4
This true-crime documentary takes a look at the murder of Cumali Turhan, who was killed by a single knife wound to the neck in a Chelmsford bar in November 2024 – before his body went missing. We follow DCI Louise Metcalfe as she spends months trying to track down the mutilated corpse. Alexi Duggins
