The Queen’s death marks the beginning of a national mourning period during which life in the UK will look a little different. Some broadcasters have made changes to their schedules already and may continue to do so to reflect this sombre time.
The BBC is said to be expected to remove all of its comedy programmes during the mourning period, the Mirror reports. You may also notice most of the broadcaster's presenters wearing black clothing and ties over the next two weeks.
ITV and Channel 4 have also announced changes to its programming in the immediate aftermath of the Queen’s death. Here are some of the changes that have been announced for TV scheduling over the next day.
