TV psychic 'who didn’t see Storm Eunice coming' watched in horror as her trampoline flies away

A TV psychic who didn’t see Storm Eunice coming watched on in horror as her trampoline and washing line was swept away in the wind.

Sally Cudmore’s footage captures the moment her trampoline is lifted up into the air and hurled into a neighbour’s garden.

At first, the washing line is the only thing anchoring the trampoline as it buffeted up into the air.

But then both the washing line and garden toy fly out of her backyard.

Items of clothing can be seen whizzing off in all directions as the trampoline is hurled about by the freak gales.

The celeb psychic, 50, quipped: “Being a psychic… I didn’t see this coming.”

Posting the footage on social media, she added: “My trampoline and clothes have just blown into the neighbours garden.”

The chaotic scenes unfolded in Friday's storm in Eltham, southeast London.

One woman said: “Oh dear, should've taken the netting down.

“Why did you put your washing out! Hilarious.”

Another added: “Should have seen that coming no?? Sorry couldn’t help myself."

Another third added: “That's crazy!

“But I think anything that gets blown into YOUR garden - is fair keep.”

It comes as millions of people have been warned to stay at home as one of the worst storms in recent memory batters the UK.

In London, the roof of the O2 arena was ripped to shreds in two parts, with one worker telling The Mirror that the iconic venue could be closed 'for months.'

Around 1,000 people were evacuated when its roof was damaged in Friday’s storm.London Fire Brigade said firefighters had been called to a “partial roof collapse” at the venue.

There were no reports of any injuries.

Station Commander Chris Kamara, who was at the scene, said: “Firefighters cordoned off the area to ensure no one was injured by any further falling debris.

“There has been no actual collapse or structural damage to the building, but due to the nature of the canvas material which covers The O2, it has come loose in high winds and looks quite dramatic

“Crews have made the scene safe and The O2 is now closed until further notice.”
