TV on DVD: 'American Vandal'; 'Rick and Morty'

'AMERICAN VANDAL.' Peabody-winning Netflix "true crime" mockumentary follows a student filmmaker (Jericho's Tyler Alvarez, "Every Witch Way") as he probes who painted 27 phallic images on school-parked cars. Bonus extended scenes/interviews but, disappointingly, no behind-the-scenes or commentary. List price: $30 for 8 episodes on 2 DVDs, out this week from CBS.

'RICK AND MORTY: SEASONS 1-3.' Emmy-winning "Adult Swim" smash wanders into existential questions while the title's mad-scientist grandpa and panicky grandkid explore alternate realities involving their entire family. Discs restore censored language. Commentaries, featurettes, animatics retained from single-season sets. List prices: $60 DVD/$70 Blu-ray+digital for 31 episodes, Warner.

DVD calendar:

Feb. 26: Complete series: "Andromeda," "BeastMaster," "The Dead Zone," "Mutant X"

March 5: "Krypton" (Syfy)

March 12: "Rocky & Bullwinkle" (1960s)
