A Turkish drone assisting in the search for the location of the helicopter carrying Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, which crashed in the mountains of East Azerbaijan province, has identified a heat source, as reported by Iranian state media and Turkish news agency Anadolu.
The condition of the individuals on board the helicopter remains unknown at this time. A burning spot has been located in the area known as Tavil, with rescue forces being dispatched to the site, according to the country's semi-official FARS news agency.
