Prosecutors rested their case Wednesday in the murder trial of Duane “Keffe D” Davis, calling 24 witnesses in the case over the 1996 killing of Tupac Shakur.
The prosecution’s final witness played jurors excerpts from Davis’ previous interviews and recorded jail calls. In one call following his 2023 arrest, Davis complained that authorities were using his own statements against him and said he should have stopped giving interviews.
