Former Democratic Rep. Tulsi Gabbard and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. have recently been added to Donald Trump's transition team, according to a source familiar with the matter. Both Gabbard and Kennedy endorsed the former president in recent days.

In a statement by senior adviser Brian Hughes, it was announced, 'As President Trump's broad coalition of supporters and endorsers expands across partisan lines, we are proud that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard have been added to the Trump/Vance Transition team. We look forward to having their powerful voices on the team as we work to restore America's greatness.'

Gabbard, who now identifies as an independent, publicly endorsed Trump during a National Guard conference in Detroit on Monday.

Similarly, Kennedy expressed his support for Trump during a rally in Arizona on Friday. He joined the former president on stage and praised him, just hours after suspending his own campaign.

The addition of Gabbard and Kennedy to Trump's transition team highlights the growing support for the former president from individuals across different political affiliations.
