A TUI customer sat aboard a stationary plane took a video of a man believed to be a pilot going above and beyond to get the service moving.
His efforts came after a reported 30 hours of delays. According to a woman onboard the flight, the co-pilot was cheered due to his efforts, which were made amid a heavy drizzle.
In the clip he can be seen wearing a luminous jacket heaving bags onto a conveyor belt to the plane's hull at Manchester Airport.
The reaction to his efforts have been positive, with people praising him for the "brilliant" move.

Richard White wrote: "That is brilliant. What a man. I hope he is flying my plane later this month.
"I will give him a big tip. Maybe a Gofundme page to pay for a big treat for Simon and his family."
Rob Newitt added: "Brilliant job Simon, we're all looking out the windows of the plane cheering him on."
A spokesperson for TUI said: “We are aware of videos shared on social media showing one of our amazing TUI pilots supporting our operation by loading bags onto one of our aircraft bound for Crete from Manchester on 30 May 2022.
"Whilst not something our pilots would normally do, this video is one example of the incredible dedication of TUI colleagues who are doing everything they can to get customers away on their holidays. We can’t thank him enough for his swift and decisive actions, and we would like to thank all of our teams who continue to demonstrate their hard-work and commitment to TUI and its customers.
2We understand that we have disappointed some customers with the recent disruption, but we would like to reassure them that we are doing everything we can to get them away on their holidays."
The travel company has been hit by travel chaos over the past week, including a number of customers who've been stranded abroad or who have missed holidays due to cancelled services.
"Hundreds" of TUI passengers received texts from the firm telling them their trips had been cancelled after an eight-hour airport wait this weekend.
Holidaymakers endured multiple delays before they were finally told they would not be leaving Manchester Airport on Sunday.
Some children even broke down in tears after discovering their vacations had been ruined, the Manchester Evening News reports.
It came after passengers endured a four-hour wait to get through check-in and security and another four-hour delay while "waiting for a pilot".
Emily and Duncan Ponter and their two kids Bailey, 13, an Hugo, six, were also impacted by issues at TUI.
They spent eight hours at Bristol Airport on Saturday waiting for their much delayed flight to Paphos in Greece to take-off.
At 5pm the Western-super-Mare family were ushered onto a coach and told they'd be staying a hotel that night before the plane jetted off the following morning.
Just as they were pulling out of the airport car park they noticed a woman running after the coach and calling for it to stop.
She clambered onboard and told the would-be holidaymakers that not only was their flight the next day cancelled, but so was their holiday to the Aliathon Resort.
"We have our own business and so we do not get to go on holiday," Emily told the Mirror.
"We have never been on holiday before. We could only do it because of the Jubilee Bank Holiday, because one of us needs to be at work.
"We felt devastated. It is absolutely gutting. I can’t even describe the absolute heartbreak that was felt.
