Holidaymakers were left upset and angered after their flight was delayed for more than 16 hours because the plane was too heavy.
Some were left stranded at Exeter Airport overnight after TUI passengers were told to disembark their flight to Turkey and return home on Saturday, June 3.
People at the airport were told the delay was because the aircraft was carrying too much weight and wasn't safe too take off.
