The head of TUI has issued a statement after the airline delayed and cancelled hundreds of flights resulting in many axed holidays.
Travellers have been complaining about airport queues and flight delays seen in airports across the UK over recent weeks.
Earlier this month, Glasgow and Edinburgh airport experienced queues as travellers jetted off on holidays for the first time since the pandemic.
