A train driver who says he suffers from “unprompted bouts of rudeness” after banging his head at work is suing London Underground for up to £1million.
Sean Matthews, 62, hit his head on metal steps when he was thrown out of a rotating train station turnstile at Stratford Market Depot.
He is suing London Underground Ltd at the High Court blaming a faulty turnstile. Mr Matthews, of Yalding, Kent, claims to have sustained injuries including brain damage and a fractured arm on February 26, 2019.
