Thousands of banking customers have reported problems with the TSB app, with many unable to access their money on Thursday.
From around 7am, reports started flooding in regarding issues with the mobile app, mobile login, and online banking.
Based in Edinburgh, TSB Bank is a commercial and retail bank with more than 220 branches in the UK and over five million customers.
But its tech has faced some issues recently.
Is TSB banking app down?
According to Down Detector, there had been more than 2,000 reported issues at the time of writing.

Many people have taken to social media to express their frustration, pointing out that they can’t get into their finances or approve any payments.
Some have suggested the technical issue came at a bad time, as they desperately need to handle payments and move finances.
“The @TSB app is down or being updated more times than it is working,” wrote one disgruntled user.
Another added: “Well done @TSB on my pay day of all days when I need to pay all my bills I can’t. Because you’ve decided to mess about with the app and I can’t approve payments. Cheers.”
In some cases, the app suggests that users don’t have accounts at all.
Others have also highlighted that they’ve struggled to connect with customer services to resolve the issue.
One user said: “it’s one thing to have technical issues, but if it’s followed up by no available customer service or a public statement/update… well, that really shows your true colours as a company I guess.”
It wasn’t until thousands of errors were reported that TSB took to social media to address the issue; however, they failed to provide much clarity.
“We're sorry that some of our customers are facing problems accessing our services this morning. Our teams are working to resolve this,” TSB said on its official Twitter channel.
It’s not the first time that TSB has been affected by technical issues. Two weeks ago, the bank was forced to apologise for another system error.
At the time, many users were unable to access benefit and salary payments for several hours due to a technical glitch.
