President Donald Trump has brushed aside warnings from AI safety researchers, arguing that the US must maintain its lead over China as he pushed back against calls to slow the rapid development of artificial intelligence. Speaking at his golf resort in Doonbeg, Ireland, on Sunday, Trump said, 'Whoever wins AI wins.'
