Construction crews got to keep working through the weekend on President Trump's White House ballroom after Chief Justice John Roberts issued an administrative stay on Friday, freezing a lower-court injunction just hours before it was set to take effect. The order settles nothing about who's right in the underlying lawsuit — it simply gives all nine justices room to decide what happens next.
