Rumours that President Donald Trump could announce evidence of extraterrestrial life have intensified across UFO forums and social media, despite the White House saying that no such speech is planned.

The speculation has grown in the United States amid an unusually public period of UAP-related activity in 2026, as the government continues to release declassified records on unidentified anomalous phenomena, or UAP.
