Former President Donald Trump is set to deliver a significant speech to voters in Las Vegas today, with the Nevada caucuses being the next event on the GOP presidential calendar. However, another Republican figure, Nikki Haley, is also making headlines as she holds an event in South Carolina, which will play a key role in determining the Republican nominee for the upcoming Palmetto State Primary.
While Donald Trump and his team already feel confident about their prospects in Nevada, where the former president won in the previous election, they recognize the importance of the state for the general election. It is expected that Trump will focus his speech on key issues such as the economy, crime, and immigration, considering his recent social media posts discussing the topic. The timing of his emphasis on immigration aligns with President Joe Biden's forthcoming speech on the border issue in South Carolina.
