President-elect Donald Trump has entered the Capitol Rotunda for his swearing-in ceremony, accompanied by Vice President-elect JD Vance. Vance was seen shaking hands with President Joe Biden as he made his way to his seat.
During the ceremony, Vance is expected to take the oath of office first, followed by Trump who will then deliver his inaugural address. The theme of Trump's address is said to be focused on 'restoring confidence' in America, as indicated by an incoming White House official.
