Trump tells Supreme Court to use ‘COMMON SENSE’ on birthright citizenship

  • President Donald Trump has slammed the U.S. Supreme Court over birthright citizenship, calling it a “money-making hoax” in a rant on Truth Social.
  • He urged the Supreme Court to watch the Mark Levin Show, which advocates against birthright citizenship for children of undocumented immigrants.
  • Trump wrote of the Supreme Court justices: “THEY SHOULD USE THEIR POWERS OF COMMON SENSE FOR THE GOOD OF OUR COUNTRY.”
  • He recently attended a court hearing where the Solicitor General argued against 14th Amendment protections and reposted a Fox clip concerning births to “unauthorized or legal temporary migrant mothers.”
  • A Supreme Court decision on birthright citizenship is expected by the end of June or early July.
