President Donald Trump on Monday said he is sending National Guard and other federal law enforcement resources to Memphis to combat what he called “the crime that's going on” in Tennessee’s second-largest city.
The move marks Trump’s second takeover of streets following his use of the National Guard and other federal law enforcement to patrol Washington, DC.
