Donald Trump has said he has “to be careful” when he walks in a rare health admission.

Speaking to CNBC’s Joe Kernen via phone call on Tuesday (21 April), the president, 79, took aim at his predecessor Joe Biden, saying he “couldn’t walk up a flight of stairs” and was “falling all over the place”.
