Former President Donald Trump's legal team is currently inside a Florida courtroom presenting arguments to a federal judge in an attempt to have Trump's classified documents case dismissed. This marks the first day of pre-trial hearings following a delay by Judge Eileen Cannon. Originally scheduled to commence this week, the hearing is taking place shortly after newly unsealed records shed light on Trump's alleged efforts to conceal documents at Mar-a-Lago. These efforts reportedly included the discovery of classified material in the former president's personal bedroom months after the FBI conducted searches at the property.
