Trump promises each American $5,000 if Republicans keep Congress in US midterm elections

US President Donald Trump on Thursday promised that the government would grant $5,000 to each American if Republicans keep Congress in the upcoming Midterm elections in November.

"So if the Republicans win, you win with us and you get $5,000," Trump said, however the US President did not explain where the money would come from.
