Trump policy of deporting migrants to countries they have no ties to is illegal, judge rules

A judge has declared the Trump administration's policy of deporting immigrants to “third countries” to which they have no ties is unlawful.

U.S. District Judge Brian E. Murphy in Massachusetts said the policy must be set aside but agreed to suspend his decision for 15 days, giving the government time to appeal his latest ruling in the case.
