Trump launches bid to rename AI with ‘Superior’ and ‘Extreme’ alternatives

President Donald Trump has proposed renaming artificial intelligence to a term he considers more accurate, such as Superior Intelligence or Extreme Intelligence.
Trump conducted polls on Truth Social and X to choose a replacement name to use alongside his newly announced AI Force initiative.
The planned AI Force is designed to watch over and support the tech sector rather than hinder or stifle its expansion.
While top tech executives have called for global safety regulations, Trump dismissed concerns about AI's potential dangers as a hoax.
Trump described AI as the next Industrial Revolution and predicted it could eventually account for as much as 25 percent of US GDP.
