Trump declares Iran ceasefire ‘over’ following fresh strikes

  • President Donald Trump has declared the ceasefire with Iran "over" during the Nato summit, just hours after the US launched fresh strikes.
  • Trump labelled Iran’s leaders as “scum” and “sick people” following Iranian retaliation against US bases in Kuwait and Bahrain, saying: “I don’t want to deal with them anymore.”
  • The US Central Command claimed to have struck more than 60 IRGC boats.
  • Nato chief Mark Rutte defended the US strikes as "absolutely necessary" during the summit in Ankara.
  • Iranian media reported explosions in key Iranian oil hubs, including Kharg Island, Qeshm Island, Sirik, and Bandar Abbas.
