Less than a week after his running mate JD Vance was greeted with "build the wall" chants in North Carolina, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump saw a revival of another one of his popular slogans, as the crowd at an Indiana rally spontaneously belted out "send them back" in response to some of his of claims on immigration, a topic that has become the backbone of his campaign strategy.
