President Donald Trump called Elon Musk to restore Ukraine's full access to Starshield, the network of satellites that Kyiv uses to defend itself from Russian attacks, according to a new report.
The system was working more normally on Thursday, shortly after the conversation, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing U.S. and Ukrainian officials. Kyiv said it was not fully working but the speed was higher than before.
