Initially, Trump's attorney in the Georgia case, Steve Sadow, stated that there wasn't enough evidence to support a motion to dismiss. However, the team has since formally adopted the motion based on new claims.
The motion to dismiss argues that Willis violated her responsibilities as a prosecutor under the Georgia rules of professional conduct. Trump's attorneys accuse her of injecting racial animus and prejudice into the case by playing the race card.
