The juror's social media posts reportedly referred to Trump as 'racist, sexist, narcissist,' indicating a clear bias against the former president. Necheles highlighted that the juror claimed to have stopped posting on social media due to the COVID-19 pandemic, rather than a change in her views about Trump.
As a result of these concerns raised by Trump's legal team, Judge Juan Merchan is currently reviewing the posts provided by Necheles to assess the potential impact of the juror's opinions on the case.
