A truck driver who ran over a man during a road rage outburst has had his convictions upheld, after a judge heard both men were driving erratically in the lead-up to a fatal confrontation.

Morgan Haverfield-Price ran over and killed Joe Bucca with his concrete-pumping truck, on Fullers Rd in Chatswood West, on December 1, 2021.
