Off the back of a gloriously sunny weekend in Glasgow Green, TRNSMT festival has confirmed its 2023 dates.
Over 50,000 music fans gathered in Glasgow to catch the likes of Lewis Capaldi and Paolo Nutini as they headlined the Main Stage. After a successful weekend, the biggest festival in Scotland will be returning next year from July 7-9.
The weekend came to an end at sunset on Sunday night, as Bruises singer Lewis made his TRNSMT Festival return. Walking out to Faithless’ ‘Insomnia’ the beat drove right into the heart of the crowd, as he shouted: “Alright Glasgow let’s hear it!”. After his set, the Bathgate-born star was bouncing across the stage before launching into an encore of ‘Before You Go’ and ‘Somebody You Love’, while holding back tears as he sang.
