Triveni Power Transmission lists on BSE, NSE following demerger from Triveni Engineering

Triveni Power Transmission Limited (TPTL), a manufacturer of high-speed gearboxes and engineered power transmission solutions, has listed its equity shares on the BSE and NSE following the demerger of the power transmission business of Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited (TEIL).

The demerger was carried out under a Composite Scheme of Arrangement approved by the National Company Law Tribunal. The scheme became effective on May 19, 2026, with April 1, 2026, designated as the appointed date for the demerger.
