The basketball player, 31, has been pictured partying up a storm in recent days while vacationing in Mykonos.
Meanwhile, Khloe, 38, waits at home in LA for the imminent arrival of the former couple's second baby, who will be delivered through a surrogate mother.
Ahead of the birth of their second baby together, Tristan was captured on video obtained by TMZ walking hand in hand through the streets of Mykonos with a mystery brunette woman in a skin-tight patterned orange dress early on Sunday morning.
Khloe and Tristan are expecting a baby boy together, just months after the NBA player fathered a son with Maralee Nicholas in December after he cheated on Khloe on the night of his 30th birthday.
Tristan was previously spotted on a wild night out in Greece, surrounded by a number of gorgeous women.
Tristan, who already shares daughter True, 4, with Khloe, was pictured at the renowned club Bonbonniere as he partied away until the early hours of the morning.
The talented sports star looked in high spirits as he mingled with a group of friends and chatted with a number of young ladies who appeared to be smitten in his presence.
Tristan's wild night out comes just days after a Kardashian spokesperson revealed that he and Khloe are expecting a baby boy together.
The Kardashians star Khloe confirmed she and basketball player Tristan were expecting a second child on Wednesday.
Khloe and Tristan's second child is understood to have been conceived before Khloe discovered her now-ex had been unfaithful and fathered a child with another woman, Maralee Nichols.
A source told The Mirror: "The baby was conceived via surrogate before it was revealed to Khloe and the public that Tristan was having a baby with someone else in December."
Sources have also claimed the pair's second child is a boy, as an insider told Page Six: "Khloé has always wanted a little brother for True and decided to go ahead with having the baby with the support of her family."
Khloe and Tristan had been on and off since 2016, with Tristan being caught cheating on Khloe on a number of occasions.
The pair appeared to be making amends last year, which was documented in the Kardashian's new Hulu series, but the final episode saw the couple's downfall as it was revealed Tristan was having a baby with another woman. They have since split for good.
