Tristan Thompson has been spotted holding hands with a mystery woman as he holidays in Greece ahead of the birth of his second child with Khloe Kardashian.

The basketball player, 31, has been pictured partying up a storm in recent days while vacationing in Mykonos.

Meanwhile, Khloe, 38, waits at home in LA for the imminent arrival of the former couple's second baby, who will be delivered through a surrogate mother.
