Trisha Yearwood’s Nashville home – a sweet Southern landmark – lists for $4.5 million

Trisha Yearwood's home

Country music singer and celebrity chef Trisha Yearwood is selling her iconic estate in Nashville, Tennessee, for $4.5 million.

The home, or more specifically, its kitchen, is among the most recognized spaces in the culinary industry, serving as the location of the Emmy-winning culinary series Trisha’s Southern Kitchen. Since launching in 2012, the kitchen has welcomed some of the most influential people in Tennessee’s legacy, including Reba McEntire, Kelsea Ballerini, Ricky Skaggs, and Danica Patrick.

Kitchen aside, however, the entirety of the property is a landmark in its own right – making it one of the most exciting listings in Nashville and one of the world's best homes. Here, we explore the property.

Comprising five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and multiple sitting rooms (that are an entertainer's dream), there is even more to this home than its kitchen. And this begins before entering its front door

The home sits on 'park-like grounds', featuring over 100-year-old trees, a swimming pool, and a pool bath with a kitchenette. There are two gated entrances that offer the privacy the country music star likely craves in the CM capital.

Trisha has spent three decades in the spotlight, acquiring several Grammy, CMA, and ACM awards along the way. Alongside her hits, including How Do I Live and She's in Love with the Boy, she is known for her culinary influence following the success of her aforementioned cooking show.

Inside the home, guests are greeted with freshly painted neutral walls and a combination of brick and hardwood floors that flow throughout the main living spaces.

The gathering room, living room, and formal dining room are contemporary but remain unmistakably traditional – exuding quiet luxury through their curated furnishings and elegant finishings.

Naturally, the kitchen is equally noteworthy – exhibiting a clean white and blue color scheme similar to the rest of the main floor. Alongside its marble countertops, the space features custom Wolf appliances – including a six-burner cooktop, double ovens, a Subzero refrigerator, and an Asko dishwasher.

Other stand-out features around the home include three fireplaces, a series of porches for morning coffee (or cocktails when the sun sets above Tennessee), and a light-flooded sunroom with unobstructed views of the private pool area.

The stately bedroom (on the main floor) includes two separate bathrooms and a porch, but there is more space for hosting in the guest bedroom upstairs. Of course, there is also ample storage space, including walk-in closets throughout the home and additional storage adjacent to the garage.
