Trisha Goddard reveals cancer has returned and is incurable as she speaks of 'grief and fear'

Chat show host Trisha Goddard has confirmed that her cancer has returned - adding there is no cure and she is undergoing life-prolonging treatment. 

Goddard, 66, was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008. She fought the condition and was declared cancer free that year.
