Heartfelt tributes have been paid to a 26-year-old man who was killed by a falling tree, in Sale.
Darnell Cordingley was tragically pronounced dead shortly after the incident in Darley Street, on Thursday afternoon (October 6). Darnell's girlfriend Alex Calvert has led the tributes, following his death, describing him as her 'angel' and 'a true gentleman'.
Alex, who was friends with Darnell for a long time before getting into a relationship with him earlier this year, told the Manchester Evening News: "He was the most loving and caring man I have ever met. He lit up every room he walked into.
