People have paid tribute to a "lovely person with a heart of gold" who died after a birthday night out.
In July, Joanne Barker went out for a meal to celebrate her 53rd birthday before returning home. Family said she appeared well, with no concerns about her health.
However, Joanne became unresponsive that night and died in hospital the evening after. Doctors identified a brain aneurysm - a type of bulge in the artery wall - as to blame, having resulted in a fatal haemorrhage. Joanne's family were not aware of any symptoms, saying she appeared fit and healthy - she would walk the dog three times a day and was not on any medication.

Joanne, from Runcorn, was an organ donor, with her heart donated to a woman in her 60s in need of an “urgent transplant”, while her kidneys went to two men in their 30s, potentially saving three lives in all.
After the ECHO published Joanne's story, readers paid tribute to her. Commenting on Facebook, Caz Dobbie said: "Wow, what an inspirational woman! You were a lovely person with a heart of gold! And you have saved 3 peoples lives what a woman! Sleep well in heaven Jo, will never forget you Xxxx".
Ruth Strong said: "Rest in peace god bless you my thoughts are with your family at this sad time xx". Lisa Sweeney commented: "Sending big love, hugs, caring thoughts to gorgeous family. R.I.P heavenly Angel".
Cathy Chadwick said: "So sorry for your loss RIP Joanne".
A group of 22 relatives, friends and well-wishers will be completing a walk up Snowdon next July in Joanne's memory and in aid of The Brain Charity in Liverpool. To support the climb and find out more information, visit the “Brain Aneurysm Awareness“ fundraiser’s page at justgiving.com
