Tributes have poured in for the popular Tristan Huggard who passed away earlier this week.
Huggard was from Waterville, Co Kerry and was a member of the local golf club as well as a long time caddy.
And Huggard also represented Waterville GAA underage.
The Kerry man passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at University Hospital Kerry on 19 July.
And tributes have poured in for Huggard from both the GAA and golf community.
Waterville GAA called Huggard one of their 'shining lights'.
They posted on social media: "It is with great sadness that Waterville has lost one of its shining lights in Tristan Huggard. Tristan represented Waterville GAA Club at underage level."
And Carr golf posted: "Very sad to hear that @watervillelinks has lost one of its great caddy’s and characters. We will miss your young smiling face Tristan Huggard. Thanks for the many fun times and memories. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam"
And Waterville Links also posted a number of tributes.
They said: "A very sad day here at the links on hearing the news of the passing of Tristan, a member, a caddy but mostly a good friend to us all. You will be missed Kiddo"
Tristan's funeral will take place on Monday, 25 July at St., Finian's Church, Waterville.
