Tributes have been paid to a “promising young footballer” who died in a fire at his friend’s home in Southwark.

Tommy Ballay-Dean, 16, known as Junior to his friends, was pronounced dead at the home of his friend, Shauny Halsey, on Cooper’s Road on Tuesday.
