Tributes have been paid folllowing the passing of Daragh Aherne Clarke (McKenna), son of The Dubliners founding member Barney McKenna.
Daragh died suddenly at his home in Howth on Wednesday. A service will be held for him in Dardistown Crematorium on Tuesday morning, Dublin Live reported.
Musician Glen Dunne, a close friend of Daragh, told Dublin Live: "He came and he left in the same aul stroke. A giant of a man, a gent of a bloke. Always quick with the chimes and fast with a joke.
