The Titans wasted no time replacing A.J. Brown when they drafted Treylon Burks in the first round of the NFL Draft.
A versatile weapon on offense, Burks is probably an excellent fit for Tennessee. But, for now, only time will tell what the future holds for his NFL career.
For Thursday, anyway, it appeared to be a touching night for Burks and his family. The receiver was one of the few prospects invited to the draft’s exclusive green room. And when news of Burks’ NFL life was made official, his grandma could not hold in her excitement.
Or relief upon learning what city her grandson would soon call home.

Touche, Mrs. Burks. Compared to The Big Apple, Nashville definitely isn’t a bad city to live in. Maybe, if it works out, her grandson will be a household name there soon enough, too.
