Nathan Patterson was singled out for Everton praise by Sean Dyche as he made his own rally cry after victory over Brighton.
The Toffees put in their best performance of the season to hammer the Seagulls 5-1 on their own patch to dent Roberto De Zerbi's men in their bid for European football while handing their own English Premier League survival hopes a major boost as they opened up a two point gap over the bottom three with a stunning five-star showing on the road.
Abdoulaye Doucoure netted twice as did Dwight McNeil while Jason Steele also scored an own goal in what Dyche labelled a 'really good collective performance'. Former Rangers kid Patterson - still fighting to land regular football south of the border - was in from the start for the injured Seamus Coleman and his display left his boss purring. He handed him tags such as 'terrific' and 'tremendous' in his battle with Kaoru Mitoma.

He told BT Sport post-match: "There was a lot of good performances tonight, but a really good collective performance.
"I thought Pato was terrific, coming in for Seamus who has been amazing since he got to the club.
"Mitoma has been arguably one of the best wide players in the Premier League this year and I thought Pato was tremendous.
"Smothered him when he could and stayed tuned in when he had to when the ball was on the other side."
Taking to social media, Patterson wrote: "Still 3 to go. Need to stay focused. Enjoy tonight though Blues. UTFT!"
His post attracted positive comments from the likes of Conor Coady, Alex Iwobi and Asmir Begovic as Everton face a massive end to the English Premier League season.
Next up is the daunting task of facing Pep Guardiola and Manchester City at home before huge games with Wolves and Bournemouth.
