The Kansas City Chiefs are expected to be among the NFL’s top squads this season, and even as training camp continues in St. Joseph, players on the team’s roster are already earning accolades for the new season.
This morning, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce was announced as the newest member of the ’99 Club’ for the upcoming release of EA Sports’ football game ‘Madden 25’, which is set to come out later this month.
The honor is only given to a handful of players every year, and Kelce is no stranger to it, with his first 99 rating being given to him in 2019.
99 problems but a Madden rating ain’t one 💯

Though a high rating in ‘Madden’ hardly guarantees that Kelce will put together another record-setting season, the All-Pro tight end seems to be primed to continue his run of dominance in 2024 with this latest recognition.
For now, Kelce is the only member of Kansas City’s roster in the 99 club, but with more ratings set to be revealed soon, it is only a matter of time until Patrick Mahomes joins him.
