Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes held his annual gala in Las Vegas on Saturday night, raising money for his charity, The 15 and Mahomies Foundation. The fancy evening featured an auction, and Mahomes’s best friend and teammate Travis Kelce was in on the action.

Kelce, who attended the event with girlfriend Taylor Swift, shared with the audience that his “significant other” had donated four tickets to one of her mega popular Eras Tour shows in New Orleans, Miami or Indianapolis when the show returns to the United States in October.
“I was just talking to my significant other and uh, we might have one other auction item that wasn’t on the docket. Has anybody heard of the Eras Tour?” Kelce asked the crowd to raucous applause. Professional auctioneer, Harry Santa, opened the bidding at $5,000, with the four tickets eventually going for $80,000 (per Santa’s Instagram, @harrysanta).

In all, it was a seemingly fun evening that benefitted a good cause that also allowed Swift to get in on the excitement and wave a towel while wearing a fancy dress.
